Our Beers

Standard two row malt, crystal 60, carapils and rye malt. Rye isn't exactly new to the neighborhood, but if you haven't had the pleasure, we're happy to introduce you. Unlike more common grains, rye adds the perfect bit of spicy bite to complement existing notes of citrus and pine. The result is a complex, very drinkable IPA that'll feel right at home in your fridge.

Belgian Blonde Ale - ABV 6.0%, IBU 28, SRM 4

Pilsner malt, golden naked oats, coriander and orange peel. The Belgians have been brewing beer since the Middle Ages, so they know a thing or two about making an easy-drinking light beer with big flavor. Our Belgian Blond Ale features coriander and orange peel for enticing aromas and a refreshing finish that any beer drinker in the neighborhood will enjoy, from novice to “Belgian.”

Kolsch - ABV 4.7%, IBU 20, SRM 3

Pilsner, Vienna malt and acidulated malt. Crisp, clean, dry but still packed with character. It drinks slow and easy like a lager but ferments fast like and ale. It’s everything you want in a warm weather beer (which is about 10 months out of the year here in Texas).

Coffee Milk Stout - ABV 6.4%, IBU 49, SRM 40

Standard two row malt, black malt, chocolate malt, crystal 60, Guatemalan coffee beans and Madagascar vanilla. Some people call this artisanal beer, but you don’t have to be an artisan to drink it. Heck, you don’t even have to be an artisan to brew it. We’re just some skilled beer-loving friends who make bold, dark stouts with quality ingredients like locally roasted cold-brew coffee, milk sugar and vanilla. Nice and approachable, just like us.

Honey Blonde - ABV 5.7%, IBU 18, SRM 4

Round rock honey, pale malt two row and golden naked oats. The bees know how to make honey. We know how to make beer. It only seemed right that we get together and make a truly buzzworthy beverage (Don’t worry, we’ve got Dad puns for days). Make sure you’ve got plenty to share though. Its alluring honey sweet aroma is likely to attract quite a few two-legged friends, and maybe even a few with wings.

Hazy IPA - ABV 6.5%., IBU 25.1, SRM 4.0

Two raw malt, white wheat and flaked barley. Modeled after two of our industry favorites, our Hazy IPA was brewed with over 20 pounds of Simcoe, Ekuanot, Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops. This combination of hops (along with a little nurturing) makes for a tropical fruit forward beer that’s perfect for... any time of year really.

Seltzer Cocktails - ABV 5.0%

Super spacial water, cane sugar, natural fruit infusions. Looking for something a little less… beer? We’ve got that too. We have new flavors popping up all the time. An ever-changing playground for your taste buds if you will.

Mexican Lager - ABV 4.3%, IBU 18, SRM 3

Rotating tap | Pilsner malt, acidulated malt, Vienna malt and flaked corn. Many people may already have a go-to Mexican beer, but we felt we still needed to create ours! This lager is crisp and full of flavor, including a hint of lime from the hops used. A perfect beer for a hot Texas day (luckily we have a few of them).

Float Beer - ABV 4.3%, IBU 12, SRM 3

Pilsner malt, golden naked oats and acidulated malt. Whether you’re boating, floating, or just waiting for the fish to bite, make sure you’ve got the right beer for the job. Light, refreshing and crushable. Float Beer - The unofficial beer of summer.

Belgian Golden Ale - ABV 9.6%, IBU 30, SRM 4

Rotating tap | Pilsner malt and pure cane sugar. We’re from Texas, so drinking to stay warm isn’t exactly necessary. But this hefty Golden Ale with its crisp, dry finish certainly does the trick. At 9.6% ABV, it’s the perfect winter warmer to enjoy while you spend a little more quality time out front with friends no matter what the weather is like.

Amber Ale - ABV 5.0%., IBU 22, SRM 18

Rotating tap | Standard two row malt, crystal, caramunich, honey malt and melanoidim. A delicious golden Amber that showcases a medium-high to high malt character with medium to low hints of Caramel. You will find slight notes of citrus, fruit and pine nestled inside a very drinkable beer.

Belgian Tripel - ABV 8.7%, IBU 24, SRM 6

Rotating tap | Pilsner malt, aromatic malt, biscuit malt and cane sugar. In this beer the yeast is the star of the show. A solid malt backbone comes through from a fairly simple grain bill. Once the Abbey Ale yeast has done its work, you’re left with a complex fruit forward flavored beer with a bit of a spice to it!

Pale Ale - ABV 5.6%, IBU 29, SRM 9

Rotating tap | MAris, aromatic malt, crystal T-50 and wheat. A beautiful golden to amber beer that bridges the gap between light lagers and dark stouts. This beer is full of flavor and very approachable with moderate strength and a hop forward malty flavor. The first sip will give way to citrus-like, piney resinous hops and keep you coming back for more.

Barrel Aged Coffee Stout - ABV 9.5%., IBU 49, SRM 40

Rotating tap | Standard two row malt, black malt, chocolate malt, crystal 60, Guatemalan coffee beans and Madagascar vanilla. We took our best-selling Coffee Milk Stout and let it age in four different bourbon and rye whiskey barrels from our friends at Iron Wolf Distillery. The result is something you have to come and taste for yourself!

Salted Caramel Stout - ABV 9.0%, IBU 53, SRM 35

Rotating tap | Standard two row malt, carafoam malt, crystal, chocolate malt, black malt and sea salt. A lightly roasted stout with hints of caramel and sea salt. This name says it all. If you like salted caramels, and may enjoy the occasional beer, we have a solid option for you here. Lighter in color and flavor than a traditional stout, this beer might become your new favorite.

Imperial Stout - ABV 9.5%, IBU 61, SRM 72

Rotating tap | Standard two row malt, black malt, carafoam malt, crystal (medium and extra dark) malt, flaked oats, chocolate malt. Full- bodied and full of flavors, this stout is a real crowd pleaser. The roasty flavor is complemented with a sweetness that helps make this beer well rounded.
