HEAD BREWER – FRONTYARD BREWING

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Head Brewer to lead brewing operations at Frontyard Brewing in Spicewood, Texas.

This is a leadership role with full control of back-of-house brewing operations, including:

🍺 Brewing, cellaring, and packaging
📦 Management of wholesale packaged beer production
📈 Forecasting, scheduling, and inventory management
🛢️ Oversight of current in-place core and seasonal recipes
🧪 Creative experimentation with rotating tap offerings and our growing foeder sour program
🔧 Brewery organization, maintenance, and process improvement

We are a small brewery, so this is a hands-on role where you’ll wear all the hats revolving around brewing operations — from raw goods ordering and production planning all the way through packaging and finished product management.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a 15 BBL brewing system with both 15 BBL and 30 BBL fermenters while helping shape the future of an award-winning brewery with multiple rotating onsite taps and a strong community following.

We’re also a small, tight-knit team that relies on each other and genuinely enjoys working together. This role comes with a lot of responsibility, but also flexibility in scheduling as long as all aspects of brewing operations are covered.

Frontyard Brewing is looking for an experienced, people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations at one of the Texas Hill Country’s most family-friendly brewery destinations.

We are a small but mighty team that takes pride in creating an incredible customer experience while operating at a high level across hospitality, events, food service, and craft beer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and enjoys building strong teams and systems.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Full management of Front of House operations
• Leadership, scheduling, coaching, and accountability of the FOH team
• Coordination and communication with Back of House and Brewing Operations
• Maintaining a strong customer-focused culture and guest experience
• Oversight of daily service standards, cleanliness, and operational flow
• Managing staffing levels and labor efficiency
• Handling customer concerns professionally and proactively
• Assisting with event execution and busy weekend operations
• Helping drive sales, community engagement, and team morale
